As part of the Golf Course Master Plan, $2.8M in renovations was budgeted towards rebuilding greens, adding fairway bunkers and realigning contours, reconstruction of tee complexes, tree enhancement and beautification, irrigation system upgrades, as well as modifying practice greens and facilities.

Another $900K will go towards the rebuild and upgrades to the maintenance facility which was constructed after the course originally opened in 1959.

Clubhouse renovations are estimated to be complete within 4-6 months of their start date. Golf course renovations are expected to be completed within an 18-month period, during which the Member Owned golf course would remain open for play.

Future expansions are already in discussion, following the completion of the recent approved projects, including relocating the club’s swimming pool to make way for a larger outdoor event space for weddings and club events, construction of a state of the art fitness and wellness center and upgrading the tennis clubhouse.
