Lion Oaks Ranch partners with Private Club Marketing in the development of the Carter House Cellars. A private social club and wine educational experience for members only. The 380-acre property will undergo renovation of a 138 year old Victorian estate, construction of a 12,000 sqft winery and development of wedding and limited lodging accommodations.

Private Club Marketing's creative team was retained to revamp and streamline Epping Forest's internal member communications. The team is working to create a new communications strategy that will be more engaging and informative for members, while also reflecting the club's rich history and traditions. As part of the new communications strategy, the team is developing a new website for members. Charter Oak Country Club

The clubs will offer members access to a variety of amenities, including a state-of-the-art wine cellar with over 10,000 bottles of wine from around the world, private dining rooms and event spaces, a full-service wine bar and restaurant, and a variety of wine education and tasting programs.

Twin Dolphin Golf Club, a new private golf club in Los Cabos, Mexico, has retained Private Club Marketing to assist with its grand opening and develop its membership communication plan.

Twin Dolphin is a world-class golf course designed by renowned golf course architect Fred Couples. The club will offer members a variety of amenities, including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, practice facilities, and a full-service restaurant and bar.
